DBYHL Philosophy The DBYHL philosophy is to provide the opportunity for every child, regardless of skill level, to play ice hockey. The DBYHL offers instruction, recreation and competitive programs. The program stresses fundamentals, skill development and sportsmanship. Every player in the DBYHL is assured equitable ice time. The DBYHL wants every player and his or her family to have an enjoyable hockey experience.Spring hockey Spring hockey will start the week of March 8. Check back mid-February for more information.
